ABOUT. before we talk turkey, here's some personal information. i'm lucia, though i've gone by bea and buffy in the past. you're welcome to ask for my personal / muse blog & discord once we talk a little bit. i'm thirty years old and i live in the PNW. technically, my time zone is PST, but i work from 1800-0630 and so i might as well be in moscow.

also, i shouldn't be, but i'm shy ! if i'm following you, it's because i want to write with you. i don't do follow for follow or whatever, but i'm shy and it might take me a minute to im you. feel free to im me first.

in terms of plots, i'm most interested in horror / scifi kinds of plots, i guess ? but if we hit it off, you'll find i'll write almost any kind of au with you.pretty much everyone i play here is an original character, but i do write some canons, too. so i’d like to say that i don’t own anything. i barely own my car. i definitely don't own buffy, hellraiser, scream, noes, or tomb raider, but i sure as shit am rl lara croft.

please read my rules before hitting me up with replies or plots.

ONE - AGE. firstly, i think it's important to address age. since i'm thirty, i'm really not comfortable writing with people under 20. in no way does that mean that i do not value young writers, rather it reflects my comfort level. i'd ask that no one under 20 follow this blog unless we already know one another. if i can't find your age on your blog or rules, i won't follow back either or i might soft-block you.

TWO - CONDUCT. i think conduct is the second most important rule to me, as i have dealt with some unpleasantness in the past. i am not comfortable with ships, plots, etc. being pushed on me. that goes doubly for ooc interactions. it's totally fine and reasonable to hit me up with an occasional reminder, but constant badgering for attention and replies for things i've said i'm not interested in is completely unacceptable. godmodding and plagiarism also suck ?? and yet, people are still doing it. be cool if i ask you about what’s going on if i feel like you’re godmodding. feel free to politely point this out if I do it. i’ll apologize and immediately rewrite whatever it is. ultimately, please don't do these things. it sucks; don't be a dick. also, it's totally fine if you want to drop a thread bc of lack of muse ! i may occasionally feel the same way. also, things like matching length, cutting posts, etc. are just good manners. i’m extremely approachable and friendly. please don’t be afraid to ask me to reword something, clarify, or point out something i’ve gotten wrong. i won’t post or tolerate hate or drama. i will probably laugh heartily at it like i think i’m gd mariah carey ( or apparently michael myers ).

THREE - TIME. if we're rping together, it's because we're both adults ! we're busy; we have stuff. i don't mind if you take a long time to reply and i'd ask that you be gracious with my time as well. y'all aren't gonna hurt my feelings and i'm gonna do my damndest not to hurt yours either.in general, i try to respond to things in the order i receive them, but life isn’t perfect and so sometimes the muse wants what the muse wants. please know that this doesn’t mean i don’t value our thread !

FOUR - AESTHETIC. i super don't care what size gifs or icons or whatever you use. i'd prefer that it's not smaller than 70x70 or larger than like 300xwhatever, but that won't always mean i won't write with you. i don't do a lot of formatting in my writing personally because i find it distracting to my thought process?? but that doesn't mean i care if you do !

FIVE - SHIPS / SMUT. i ship to chemistry and ideally with someone i've talked to ooc. i multiship as well and usually these ships occur in different verses ( unless otherwise plotted ). i'm not super interested in smut. maybe if i know you really well, maybe if it's organic and relevant? even still -- probably not. i don't care if you smut a lot or post a lot of nsfw; i'll still be down to follow / write with you as long as it doesn't fall in my banned list.

SIX - BANNED. i won't do noncon, rape, stalking, torture, incest, or myriad other things that i'm just not thinking to list. in terms of banned fcs, i will not rp with fcs that do not have acting resources ( personal preferences -- i like the gif to make sense contextually as much as possible ). also, if your fc is generally considered problematic ( due to domestic violence, racism, etc. ) it's likely i don't want to write with them. if you're unsure, just ask ! i promise i'll be kind ! additionally, i'm not a person who typically knows what's going on with celebrities, so if i'm using a fc that's done something shady? hmu. let me know. i'll ask you to be kind, as it's never my intent to use someone whom conflicts with the above philosophies.

SEVEN - TRIGGERS. lastly, let's talk triggers. i do not have any that i require tagged, but i can be bothered by ooc behavior that reminds me of being stalked ( lot's of over messaging, possessiveness, threats, etc ) due to my personal history.

with that said, here are the triggers i tag and please feel free to request me to tag whatever makes you comfortable.

murder, stalking, suicide, toxic relationship, death, animal death, ptsd, gore.

EIGHT - OPEN STARTERS. you don't have to be a mutual to reply to my open starters and i don't care if a starter is super old, if you're feeling it please reply to it !

TL;DR - REASONS I WON'T INTERACT. if a mun is under 20 or i can't find your age on your blog / rules. if a mun writes a lot of my banned plots ( even if it's not with me, there are some things i don't want on my dash, see 'banned' above ) or uses banned fcs. if posts aren't cut or otherwise will make my dash cluttered. if you've made me uncomfortable ooc. i'll soft-block those i don't plan to interact with.
